Trends with Benefits: Avenues of Fury

Face off against this week’s Trends with Benefits, the weekly brainteaser from your friends at TriplePoint! TWB appears every week in our news round-up, Points of Interest, and offers terrific prizes to readers who can puzzle their way through the challenge du jour. First crack at the prizes go to Points of Interest subscribers when the newsletter goes out on Fridays, but we’ll be sharing each week’s challenge here on our website, as well.

If you think you can handle it, this week’s TWB prize is a free download of Streets of Rage via PlayStation Network, courtesy of our friends at SEGA! Step this way…

Avenues of Fury
Maybe we should have stuck to the freeway.

AAARGH! I’m so ANGRY at these Streets of Rage! Not because the streets themselves inspire anger, mind you, but because I have a copy of Streets of Rage for PSN to give to a Points of Interest reader, from TriplePoint client SEGA, but I cannot, for the life of me, remember how to get there!

Man, it is right on the tip of my tongue, too. If you can puzzle out this week’s brainteaser by fixing the game titles in these directions to the Streets of Rage, you’ll be entered to earn your own copy. Fix the italicized titles below — and remember, every game being referenced has a title that is structured “X of Y.” For example, “Roads of Ire” would be replaced, obviously, by “Streets of Rage.” So, what were those directions…?

“Well, first of all, follow the highway until you get to the Town of Champions, you’ll know it when you see all of the Cogs of Conflict on your right. At that point, you want to follow the Holler of Obligation and exit towards the Realm of Ooze. Go left at the second light and you’ll be on the Roads of Ire; you can’t miss ’em. You can totally count on these directions, I got ’em from the Monarch of Mesopotamia.
