The first compendium of papers, focusing on Series A and Series A funding rounds, understands that, despite the growth of these investments, Singapore and the Southeast Asia region do not have an industry standard for venture capital (“VC”) financing documentation. To address this issue, CSA and SVCA introduced viMA in October 2018. Founders and investors can use VIMA to start investment discussions and focus on important business points by adapting all the conditions (or adding additional conditions) required in the documents.
